My aunt is under home hospice care with Grace righ...

My aunt is under home hospice care with Grace right now and it s been a terrible experience. We can t get anyone on the phone, no one has come to take her vitals, we need more supplies since my aunt has a colostomy bag and catheter. We ve placed several calls and sure they ll tell us someone will get back to us.....hours later and we STILL haven t had a visit. Nobody since Thursday and that was only to do initial paperwork. Families shouldn t be this stressed when trying to make their loved ones comfortable during their last days. Shame on you Grace!
