I called in to PMP because I had a slew of issues I needed addressed. I had an issue with my intercom and account. I initially spoke to a customer service representative who was very helpful and then connected me to Crystal who addressed my directory issue with me and even let me test it to make sure I didn t have any further issues. Then she went on to connect me to someone who helped address my account balance questions. This was a perfect example of stellar customer service. Keep it up PMP.
