I was not a fan. I ordered my steak medium rare as I always do. When my steak came I could immediately tell it was over cooked. It was firm and try to the touch. When others at my table Cut into there steak, there was also med not med rare. Which is fine i can understand the restaurant being careful. But mine was obviously well done. When we asked the waitress about it. She tried to tell me that the color was completely different because it's from a different animal. Really?!?! I found this extremely insulting, and one who knows how to cook a steak can tell this was well done based on touch alone. They agreed to take my steak back and bring a new one, this time it was still was past med rare. But at least this piece was edible. But not worth the $50 price tag. I will never come back to this place.
