Brent G. came over to check out my furnace which was not working during below zero weather. He discovered a few major problems and reluctantly gave me the bad news. We finally decided that, although much more expensive, purchasing a new furnace would be the best way to go as mine was on its last legs anyway. (12 years old). Fixing the thing would cost half as much as getting a new one. He was very polite and professional and easy to work with. Surprisingly very little paperwork to get through and they have a decent "no payments for a year" plan which was good for a surprise like this. I was so impressed that I signed up for their $5 per month maintenance plan. New furnace goes in day after tomorrow. I'll be using them for any plumbing and heating problems in the future.
