I am sorry to leave my negative review here. I registered for a new account with Questrade and submitted all documents two weeks ago. Also, my fund was deposited 2 days after the day.

I am still waiting for the approval. Waited more than 90 minutes on the phone and 2 hours on livechat. Got a 'general' response from their new account specialist via email and no more reply after my follow up (3 days and counting).

I am quite disappointed with their efficiency given that they are one of the biggest Canadian online broker. Also, how do they manage their priority on addressing issue via email.
