Unfortunately my wife wasn't given the opportunity to have a stay here due to having a mental health diagnosis despite jumping through the requested hoops.

After being requested to bring in external support at our expense ($4,000) which we agreed to, giving background information and speaking to several staff including the on-site nurse, we then received a phone call advising it wasn't an appropriate place for her after being initially told they couldnt foresee any issues.

Thanks for discriminating against my wife, she has worked extremely hard to get to where she is today and had been looking forward to having a well earned break and opportunity to balance her mind and body.

She is safe, does not pose a risk and even quit smoking and caffeine as requested so she didn't "disturb the other visitors".

So disappointing that in 2020 this is still happening.
