Terrible experience. Won $50 worth of gift cards and tickets to forever plaid through my son's school raffle. The gift cards are basically worthless since all of the places that take them at the Straz we're closed. Spoke to a "manager" who looked all of 20 years old who continued to tell us how awesome things were. Drove 45mins for nothing the manager made us so upset we decided not to wait for the show. Shame on you Straz for deceiving the public and your patrons. Buyer Beware!!! Nothing was done to try to rectify our displeasure. Not even an available restroom for my wife to use, she had to beg security to let her into the theater 10 min before they opened. Wish there was less than a 1 star rating.
