The employees don't even know the regulations of the humane society. They can't give you an honest answer because it changes from person to person. Wasted 2 hours of my day. As a veteran this was unacceptable. Was going to adopt a dog, and donate, but since they lied, nothing. Instead of "sorry for the inconvenience" it was "this is your fault."
