Wanted to charge two and a half hours labour at $1...

Wanted to charge two and a half hours labour at $120 to install a $7 piece (which I bought myself) which would take 15 minutes to complete. Overcharging people on the basis that they think their customers do not know computers is both unprofessional and crooked. Pricing needs reviewed badly.

Edit: That being said they did let me use their equiptment to try myself but without a solder pump I ws unable to do so.

In response: Well you can step up and tell the truth if you want to. If your responding from the Alliston location then you may wish to check your cameras at the Barrie location and you'll see me enter the back area and attempt the fix myself. Lying gets a business no-where. I would also like a public apology.

Update: Still no response to checking tbe cameras which would prove I am right, but alas, liars will hide from the truth.
