Worst hotels for a give star category. From front door security, reception ti cleanliness. We were two ladies travelling alone and when we got down from cab the security people didnt even bother to get the luggage put. We had to carry it till the door. Reception was worst. They say no reservation and it took again 30 min for re confirming. Asked them for double bed and after walking a long distance and entering the room we found a queen size single bed. Later they brought in another room key and after reaching that door it wouldn't open... another stand at the corridor and finally an old damp room welcomed us. Check out time again they say we have to pay the bill where in the agent had already paid it. Arrogant staff at the reception and rude way of handling situations. Will never recommend. If you are expecting service for the money you pay then never opt for this hotel!
