The only time you might be happy shopping from this shop is when you buy a brand new car and never ever go there for any kind of service. you go to other Honda dealers.
The service is terrible.
They never ever answer calls. For simple things you need to spend lots of time and show up there to talk to them.
I usually do not complain and shy to talk about bad / poor services I see / experience but every time I was there I see other people complaining about same issue (No answer to calls) and they usually try their best to ignore your claim and issues and you end up getting nothing but some bullshit. Communication there is very poor in the whole system and that is management issue. I had too much headache dealing with the service. and people at service department.

The sales parson (Indran) was nice and so far the only one I saw there reasonable.
