It seems that this resort and spa may have seen better days. I came here for the OR Business Manager conference. Besides the shotty condition of the hotel room facilities, the customer service has been absolutely horrible.
The wireless Internet connectivity is either poor or non-existent for what I understand to be a large portion of the conference population staying at the facility. They do not offer a hard line.
Myself, members of my party, and many others have noted that they have been blown off multiple times by the hotel staff. Not only by the "IT guy", but also by the front desk staff and management. It is my opinion that the front desk staff that I spoke to were rude and snarky in trying to get a tempory fix for connectivity.
If they treat healthcare directors and managers from around the country this way, I can only imagine the complacency they extend to their "typical" customer.
I get the impression that this conference will not return to the "Bonaventure Spa" in the future.
