Disappointing stay. We were there for one night on a trip back to Miami. I ve been to Amelia Island twice before at a different resort and enjoyed it. This was a stay that I am at a lost for words. We had issues with rooms. Restaurants were not kid friendly at a usually very kid friendly resort and quite frankly they were not friendly to adults either. It was a bit of a mess. I know things are crazy at this time but we were recently at a different chain on our trip going north a week earlier and it was stellar. Everything at this property was negative (but for the very kind gentleman at seaglass who was behind the counter.) We had better service at fast food service restaurants on our drive for lunch.
