The food and service was poor. Waited near an hour to place two sweet teas then wait longer for our food. I came close getting up to leave. When I finally got my wife's and I food it was ice cold. I asked why is our food cold the waitress said they were under staffed. Not a very good answer if you ask me. Then the manager said they would take off the food on our bill. Come back looked at the bill they took off $15 of a $60 bill. I said no I'm still not going to pay for something that I didn't eat. It's a shame that a customer has to take charge that management couldn't do. I done the right thing by paying what we did eat or drink. The rest was on Mango Marley management to do the right thing. But it's a shame we went to toucans much better food and service nice and hot. The server got a $15 tip for the best service of the night. Thank you toucans on 8/23/2018
