Not what it used to be. We used to be greeted with...

Not what it used to be. We used to be greeted with 'Welcome home' now we are just asked for ID. The food quality has definitely gone down, the soda machines are terrible. We were in the 50s section and we could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms around us. I mean word for word of their conversations. We heard toilets flushing all night and showers running all morning. No sleep. Buses are awful. The beds are comfortable and the room was pretty clean.
