PWB turned off their auto-matic pay function for over a year. In the year 2016. Despite multiple requests for email and phone call notifications, they have been unable to manage this. After renewing their auto pay functions, I set it up, and it didn't work. They charged a late fee for this. Dealing with them has been a disaster.
