This hospital is something else they unorganized and unprofessional. No matter whether your pregnant or not they will leave you sitting in the waiting room. The staff does not care. I asked for the charge nurse the man picked up the phone and hung it up and said she will get to when she can.

Holy cross did it again on July 2,2019 I came to the Emergency room of course because I wasn t feeling well. A nurse who wasn t suppose to ask for my ID asked for it so I was confused. The. I came to advanced care where I was met by a nurse name Jessica who was very rude, refused me care and try to kick me out because she was upset I didn t want to answer her in the hallway where everyone can hear my personal business. She violated so many of my rights it s not funny. The other staff allowed this to happen. By law you cannot refuse anyone care no matter how nasty or rude they are or your prejudices. I went to patient relations. The lady in patient relations stated she cannot refuse me care she then contacted the director of advanced care and tried to get it fixed. I am not happy I feel discriminated against and some. Jessica needs not to work with people if she is going to violate their rights. And they are making me wait an excessive amount of time to be seen for no reason.
