Extremely disappointed with my experience. Received one email from stripe a month ago telling me they would not give me any payouts until we added a privacy policy and fullfillment policy to our payment page. The email was overlooked. However, we didn't get a phone call letting us know or any emails warning us that our account would be suspended soon if we didn't take action. They have $40,000 of our money and have made it extremely difficult to get this released. We are small business owners. I'm unable to pay my bills because Stripe is holding onto our money. Response time is a minimum of one day and you cannot talk to a manager. Responses are also extremely vague and can only be made from their payout dept via email (they won't provide a phone number for this department), leaving me on a goose chase for days trying to figure out exactly what needs to be added to restore our payouts and collect our $40,000.
