If only I could give them a 0 rating. When a customer from or to an international flight is boarding your bus, shouldn't you expect them to have 2-3 bags? Why the money hungry tricks to fool customers? I was returning to Canberra after a long flight from US to Sydney and had 1 medium and 1 large bag and got told that I had to pay an extra 10 dollars because I was carrying a handbag that every woman carries. When I complained to the staff, she said that they couldn't go over a certain total weight, but the funny thing is, half the bus was empty. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me but there is no other alternative. I hate their customer service and money hungry policies but can't use a different service. Disappointed....
