Moved in the beginning of April this year( 2017) and apartment (6424 Kenwood)got broken into TWO weeks later. Had to be someone in the building or the next one over. The locks were not changed until three days later because it was the weekend. They have 24 hour maintenance but its useless if they are not going to come out and fix the problem. Especially when it comes to one's safety. However, the assistant is a nice older lady and the apartment was spacious. But, the manager is you will never get in contact with. Luckily I was able to break my lease. I paid a $300 move in fee and rent ($825) and was only reimbursed back $100. I had not been back to my apartment since the incident and ask for prorated rent for the two weeks I lived there but the owner said no.
