New resident to the Tri Cities - just relocated from out of state.

While viewing inventory on a Sunday afternoon I was approached by an employee and told that I had to leave the lot because they were closed and had been for 20 minutes. He instructed me to come back when they are open. His delivery was polite but the message made no sense! When I told him I would just be a minute longer that is when he got pushy saying "no, my managers want you gone so they can leave".

Being a car dealership you should want perspective customers to see what you have to offer. My wife and I have two Toyotas (14' Tacoma & 16" 4Runner) and were planning on having them serviced at your location. To me it seemed like have zero people on the lot was more important than gaining a new customer. I plan to take my vehicles to be serviced elsewhere.

This review will seem whinny and it probably is but I wasn't causing any mischief and I really was a potential customer. I was very turned off by his request to leave the lot. You would think it would be encouraged to view the inventory after hours. It is a shame that one experience shapes your entire outlook on a business.
