I felt Miss Reynolds was rude and unprofessional to me. I was trying to help her with the information she needed for her to do her job of collecting a debt. She wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting me.
Finally she told me to get used to her voice because I was going to hear it a lot. Sounded threatening to me then she hung up on me!
Has anyone else had an experience like this with Miss Reynolds? If so, please contact me.
