My husband and I got a suite for a business and pleasure visit to Boston. The rooms were very spacious, great views (15th floor), very helpful and nice concierge, and a great location. Having the parking onsite was nice and cost was typical for Boston. A couple of nice amenities include a complimentary overnight shoeshine and pillow menu. When we arrived, the greeting seemed a little unprofessional (we got there at 9:30 pm though) and the lobby has this VERY strong, almost suffocating, old perfume odor. The bathroom was small and hard for 2 people to get ready at the same time. If you want privacy between the bedroom and living area, that's not possible as they're separated by a curtain. Since it was just the two of us though, we didn't mind. Finally, the wifi was non-existent for us, which was the biggest issue for us. Both of us brought work that we had to put off until late Sunday night when we got home. Our room was right next to the elevator and think that may be the reason.
