After I bought my car it got totalled in an accident. Dealing with their financial department was a complete joke. They told me my gap claim check would be processed in 6-8 weeks... here we are at week 17 and my bank hasn't received a thing... my payment on the loan is now over due.
Every time I called to talk to Chad he gave me the run around or simply never returned my phone call. If Chad wasn't in I got transfered to Ty... who never returned any of my phone calls. I finally got somewhere when I spoke with the manager but he didn't even know when they sent this imaginary check out.... and told me to call back in a couple days.

Seriously F***** joke of a place. I will never recommend nor by from them ever again.
