Wowwww it s truly sad here. The front desk staff/security are incompetent. They don t have the answers to any questions you may ask. They sit at the front desk and play and laugh at patients, not just one set but I whiteness two different shifts as I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. One patient walked out of the emergency room and clearly wasn t in her right mind. The nurses where soooooo rude to her and you could clearly see she had a mental diagnosis. Instead of calling up stairs or to another hospital that has a mental health floor. The nurses as well as the front desk watched her stumble and fall all in the lobby. As she collapsed by the vending machines the security guard finally payed her some attention, but to only put her in a wheel chair and rolled her outside. Once I was finally leaving 5 hours later the lady was outside at the corner of the hospital on the ground. The nurse came outside and yelled at her and screamed your discharged and walked away. It makes me very sad because I work with mental health clients and I don t understand how someone in this field, that s suppose to care would act like this. They will never get my business here again.
