This is the worst experience I've had during a PCS move. I have had my House Hold Goods moved by companies three times in the past with no issues, but would rather pack and move all of my family's belongings the from now on than have to possibly go through this again. I was given date that our HHG would be en-route to our next duty station. We were supposed to be contacted three days prior to the arrival of our shipment and weren't contacted so we contacted our coordinator. It took about three additional days of calling to be informed that our HHG had yet shipped out. We were given another arrival date after about a week of being told a driver couldn't be found to transport our HHG. AGAIN, no one made contact with myself or my wife to let us know if our shipment was on track so I called AGAIN. What would you know? Our coordinator tells me that our shipment hadn't shipped because they hadn't found a driver. Mind you, this was almost a week later. We weren't even given a courtesy call to update us on our HHG and when I complained to my coordinator she said that they had been in contact throughout the process, false. My wife and I had to contact her to receive updates every time. It has been 22 days since our HHG were supposed to have been delivered to our new address and we have still not received them!

I will say that after calling out my coordinator about keeping us updated, she had a gentleman start contacting the next day. I was told our HHG were crated and should be here soon. I can only hope that none of our HHG lost or damaged when we finally receive them.

It's a shame to give this company even 1 star, but seeing how you have to at least rate 1 star, here you go.
