By far the worst used car place in PA. We bought a 2008 bmw a little over a year ago and its been in the shop 15 times since the purchase date. When you try to call a sales manager all they say is "you chose to buy the vehicle". We found out a few months after buying it that the vehicle was in a few bad wrecks before we bought it, per the carfax report. They are scam artists and have absolutely no intentions on selling you a quality used vehicle. They just want to make a paycheck. The owner refuses to discuss anything with customers. When something is wrong, he is nowhere to be found. If you want to buy a good used vehicle then DONT GO HERE !!!! I have already contacted an attorney and we are filing a civil suit against them. My attornies exact words were " they want a war, then they will get one" im going to blast them on social media, news stations and twitter. Im also going to stand on their sidewalk and hold a sign saying they are scam artists. The sidewalk is city property. There is nothing they can do about it. I already checked. I dont take getting taken advantage of lightly and i will not stop until they buy back this piece of crap car they sold us. Im going to do everything legally but i will not stop until they have the worst reputation in pittsburgh.
