I love my dress, and I love my Bridesmaids dresses...

I love my dress, and I love my Bridesmaids dresses, and the service we got while purchasing our dresses. If my review was based solely on that I would have given a much higher score. My problem was with the fittings department.

My initial fitting was great, I was pinned in and the dress looked perfect, I was so so so excited. And then I went back for my second fitting and it was still huge on me on the top part of my dress. So I got repinned and went to leave when I was told I had to pay a second time for work that should have been done previously and had been pinned properly. The manager tried to talk her way out of it, but then said, well she didnt charge enough the first time. So that means you don`t do the work?!? That is just un acceptable. And instead of charging the difference between what I paid and I should I have paid, I was charged what I should have been charged the first time, so really I paid twice for the same alterations. And to top it all off it still wasn`t perfect because the top of my bust on the dress gaped a little but there was not enough time to correct it as my wedding was 2 days away. And they were supposed to add bra straps and did not do that either. Honestly, I feel like the alterations department ruined my whole Davids Bridal experience when it came to my dress.
