Terrible service we called to make a reservation the lady who answered the phone was very rude pushed us to central reservations. We had questions to ask and was told that the room has a balcony and connections for usb which it doesn t the room advertised online isn t the same was given a horrible dirty room reception staff very rude and unhelpful pushed me through to the manager who wasn t helpful our room wasn t ready when we arrived at 420 pm said check in was 3pm very bad service hotel don t know why they say in the room call us to make your stay welcome steer clear of reception girl rehana -the most rude welcome I have ever experienced please check hotels response on tripadvisor complete joke and lies terrible hotel, terrible staff, terrible service above all terrible MANAGEMENT simply not listening to their customers all other reviews reflect this
