Their desert room served us milk with literal mold...

Their desert room served us milk with literal mold inside it. We let them know and asked for a new one and the new one also had mold inside it. I understand that accidents happen but if you're replacing a drink with something inside it wouldn't you confirm the replacement doesn't also have mold?

Absolutely ridiculous for a "premium" restaurant.
