I had a mixed experience with Andersen & valla. The company's website is informative and easy to navigate. However, their customer service was not up to par. I had to wait on hold for a long time and when I finally spoke to a representative, they seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I was also disappointed with the quality of their products. The items I purchased were not as durable as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate Andersen & valla as average.
