Booked this place as a birthday experience for my girlfriend. Our room was clean and well presented, however the 'deluxe' view was mostly made up of other buildings with only partial visibility of the Opera house. Some of the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off and mold was growing on some of the tile silicon. The BLU bar had breathtaking view but was overcrowded and the loud music being blasted on the speakers kind of made it hard to enjoy the moment. The default pillows provided in the bedroom were too flat and soft and we had to request for firmer foam pillows to fall asleep. Facilities looked pretty good but we didn't get time to enjoy them. I would recommend you go for an Executive Room above the 20th floor if you're hoping for the views as displayed on their websites.
