Really disappointing experience, I would not recom...

Really disappointing experience, I would not recommend going there the week they open. It was all day of walking up to rides to find out they were closed. My kids rode about 15% of the rides they wanted to (most were not working). I believe they should have postponed their opening in this situation. Parents take their families on vacations only a few times a year and to be this disappointed, somewhat ruined our vacation. To top it off I had tried to get a cup of hot water to warm up a frozen bottle for our youngest child. I had tried 3 different restaurants and all of them said they had no hot water.... how they sanitize their prepping and cooking areas is beyond me. But after several rude encounters I demanded to speak to a manager. A 19 year kid came out and laughed while I was explaining my situation. I then demanded to speak to his supervisor if that was the way he was trained to handle customer service concerns. At this point I have a hungry screaming infant in my arms and after explaining my problem to the next supervisor, he walked to the kitchen and brought out 2 cups of luke warm water ( he was obviously a father and knew one cup wouldn t suffice due to the temp of the wate). All around nightmare experience. Thank you to the one guy that could help!
