Stayed 6/7 and 6/8. This hotel really is needs a major chain to run things. It lacks basic services that you d expect in a hotel costing over $300 a night. For example there is no concierge and the staff lacked training. They didn t even know options to get into Manhattan. The room wasn t fully painted and they dangled all kinds of goodies that you d be charged for. Not even a bottle of water was complimentary. There was a general feeling that it was rushed to open. And the eating options were ludicrous. One restaurant that had seating so limited it could accommodate maybe 6 tables. I m guessing they can t hire staff cuz it s too far out. I d give it a one star but the bed was great.
