My first 4 months here was HELL. Twice my money order for rent was misplaced, the first time I had to pay the fees to have it replaced and the second time I was told it was cashed already but manager made me pay again to avoid eviction. Work orders didn't exist, homeless ran the complex and corporate office refused to call me back or respond to emails.
5th month we received a new manager Gwen and Maintenance Man Joe who have worked so hard to fix the huge mess left. They have done a wonderful job with work orders, putting our safety first and making it their priority to have what we were promised available. (Laundry room, pool etc...) I hope corporate realizes how important Gwen and Joe are to Select Apartments.
