I am very unhappy with the Service I have recently...

I am very unhappy with the Service I have recently received at Mayse Automotive. I will begin with saying I have always had my car serviced at Mayse. I purchased all my vehicles there so I do my best to stay loyal. Mike in the oil change department has always been nice to me and will always explain what he has done to my car and what it needs. I trust him. However today I called and talked to Bill the manager over the service department. My car has been acting up and over-heating. He was very rude to me on the phone. Telling me that if they even pull my car into the shop it will be $97. I understand they have to be paid for taking time to find out whats wrong with it..no issue with that at all. My problem is the way it was presented to me. It really upset me being treated they way I was. I understand everyone may have a bad day once in awhile but why did he have to take it out on me? I wasnt being rude at all to him. After talking to a few co-workers and friends I have found out that I am not the only customer that has had issues with the manager. I will not give out names but I know of atleast 4 different people that will no longer take their vehicle to Mayse for service, or purchase from Mayse due to the manager in the service department.They go to Thomsons in Springfield or the Chevy dealer in Republic. I hope the owner or a manger above him will address this issue. I am sure im not the only paying customer to get this kind of treatment. I dont expect anything free or a discount. I just want the issue known. I feel that giving a 1 star is over-rated, but 0 is not an option.
