I love that the hotel was in a very good location, and so easily accessible. Hotel concierge staff was good and helpful. The family room was really cosy and the king size bed was superb!!! View was fantastic - we could see rising sun in the morning. Kitchenette was a real plus point.
Room service was a bit disappointing as 2 days out of our 5 day stay - room was not made up when we return to our hotel room after our day trip. Their explanation was that 'did we activate the no disturb sign'? Which we did not. And one of the said days - we even met the room attendant and she asked us if she could make up the room now, and we told her YES. Imagine our shock when we return back from our shopping at 5pm, and the room was not made up. The same room attendant was dispatched to make up the room. No further explanation was given to us on this matter.
Special mention goes to the concierge staff Chris who helped us locate our driver (via Klook) to send us to the airport. He even helped to look out for the vehicle to alert us. Kudos to him.
All in all, if I come Hong Kong again, I would still choose Cordis.
