Regarding vehicle service: If you're going to get your tires rotated, make sure you mark the tires before taking your car in, so that you know if in fact that they actually did the work (really glad I did this time). When I was told that my car was ready, before making payment, I went out to check the tires and sure enough, the rotations were not done. I informed the Service Advisor regarding this issue. I was then told that they have "high definition cameras" and would be able to show that the work was already done. Fortunately (for them) it didn't have to go that far. As the technician who supposedly worked on my car was asked, by the service advisor, to check if he did the work. Then what do you know, he said that IT WAS NOT DONE!!! Honest mistake? May be, may be not.

From now on, if possible (or if I even go back to this place), I will mark all parts before they're changed. Most parts you can obviously tell that are new. But as far as tire rotation or something similar, well.... be very careful!

It is only fair (and even common sense) that we should get all the services that we're paying for. This is a reputable dealer, not some small time mechanic shop. I wish they would do it right for their customers!!!!
