The regular customer ( non-race car owner) experience sucks. I took my 911 there for a turbo issue. They had my car for 1 month. And nothing was done.Everytime I called during that month. The response was we are getting to it today or something along those lines. I was advised to change both turbos because they said the serial numbers were worn off and they could not determine the turbos correct size. This was told to me by Tom. I then took my vehicle to another shop. They took off the turbos . The serial numbers were fine. So if a shop tells you the serial numbers were worn away... then you take it somewhere else. And the serial numbers are just fine and very readable. What do you think? I don't blame the mechanics that work on the cars. I blame the customer service. Throughout this experience. I felt like my vehicle didn't matter. I really believe my car was never even looked at.
