2 days here and they still can't get my mothers me...

2 days here and they still can't get my mothers medication right. She is in worse condition than when she showed up for testing. These poor nurses are so overwhelmed they can't get anything done. I asked for a heating pad for her hands that were cramping up because they had not given her the medication she needs. It took an hour and repeated asking until I got mad and sat in the nurses station and they called security on me. But this is what you have to do to get anything done. Just horrible.
