First complaint I have ever made in my life!
Never received such poor customer service and been so disrespected. Purchased tickets to attend a jazz concert, only to show up and be told there was no concert and the receptionist didn't even know about it!!!! I was advised to send an email to a generic email address to request for a refund. I sent the email and didn't receive a response until 4 months later, after I had sent two private messages to their Facebook account! Then eventually received a response to my email confirming I would receive my refund. Then a month later I had not yet received the refund so I emailed back asking for confirmation of payment date, only to be told I am not entitled to a refund!!!! My complaint was not taken seriously and I was treated with disregard. I remained patient and polite throughout all my attempts to contact. Ignoring my emails and hoping I would forget has actually made me very disappointed.
