First I show up after placing and paying for an order and there s nobody there when there business hours says they open at 830. The doors were wide open but lights were off and not a soul in there. I left because I was already an hour late to work and called around 930, someone answers and confirms my order. Tells me they were out back ok...? Anyways I sent someone back from my office to pick up the order for someone s birthday and the girl gets there and they then tell us they have no order for us even though I had a confirmation email. I called them and they are just SO unprofessional and didn t apologize once. The woman and man were actually yelling at each other while I was on the phone trying to figure it out. I wouldn t suggest ordering from here unless you want to spend your day trying to figure out why you paid for an order that you will never receive.
