#1 Honda Dealer in Texas? Maybe by volume or sales, but certainly not because of the customer service.

I bought a Civic from them in May 2015 and when I had a paint issue in September, I could tell right away that there was serious customer service issues. The manager I spoke to (Norman Nguyen) refused to acknowledge the mere possibility that they could have done anything wrong. I literally just wanted to inform him, and buy some touch-up paint, but I couldn't even get that far in the conversation because he was so defensive.

A sales manager contacted me and made things right, so I figured the next time I needed something, I'd give this place another shot.

Big mistake. Came in Today, July 30 2016, to try to get an estimate for my Civic, because I am considering buying a new Civic in the near future. They gave me an estimate that was hilariously low, but this wasn't the issue. I expect this from dealerships; you gotta haggle with them on trade in value. The issue came when I noticed that on the estimate - it says clearly that the estimate was given assuming there were never repairs to the car totaling more than $3,000. However, I had repairs done costing a little over $4k. I came back to try and get the updated estimate with the correct info (not restricting the repairs to $3k.) and the guy I was speaking to REFUSED TO HELP! He said that nobody would be able to update the appraisal, and that the manager who made the offer wasn't available now, so I have to come back Monday. When I told him I wasn't trying to dispute the price, just wanting another copy that showed the estimate with repairs, he sat there and GOT LOUD in front of other customers and accused me of trying to get him to override his boss.

Seriously, this place continues to amaze me with the absolute garbage service they provide, at least in the Used Car Department. I realize I wasn't there to make a sale today, but now I know for a FACT I won't be buying my next car here. Seriously regret ever giving them my business.
