I'm going to write an unbiased honest review and hopes it helps someone interested in finding a good fit for their expectations. My recruiter was Misses Janice. A nice friendly lady that got my partner and i into orientation quickly. My Orientation began in Kennesaw, Ga. The facility was nice. In fact it was the nicest i have seen in my 14 year career. We were given menus for catered meals we would have during the days spent at orientation and was paid for the time spent in orientation. The instructor Mr. Ron was a good guy that has been in the industry and made the orientation pleasant. During the orientation we were administered physicals, drug screenings, training on how to work reefer units and other aspects of the job. On the last day we were issued our trucks and treated to a good meal with Mr. Ron that was a lot of fun. From the look of things, everything was on the up & up. I started in December and for the next 2 months my partner and i were given loads that were going to the Pacific Northwest with multiple stops that hindered our ability to earn in ways that we had earned in the past with other employers. Quest offers a salary package that one can take and due to the lane we were running we had to take it in order to be profitable for the time spent on the road. Well, once we switched over to salary the multiple pickups stopped. We were still in the same crappy lane but we were now running more miles than ever before. During cpm we were running 4-5K miles per week. Once on salary we were sometimes running 7K plus even in the inclement weather. Go figure. After 2 months straight of Pacific Northwest we asked for a break from that lane and requested to go to the Arizona/Cali produce lane. That's when things started to turn for the worse. We came back from home time slandered by Driver Manager. Our truck was locked away in the shop with no explanation why. Well we found out later that upper management wanted to speak with us over false allegations from DM. Upper Management looked at his computer and saw that we were a team running and doing our job.7,200 miles ran the week before home time. But he still recommended giving us a new DM. We were swapped out the witch for the devil. This was the beginning of the end. My partner and i worked out of the Cartersville yard. The running lanes were running out West back to the yard twice a week. What we began to notice is we were purposely swapped when we became short on hours to run. In other words we were purposely being forced to take restarts away from home. This made no sense as we were coming to the yard twice a week. So i decided enough is enough and i parted ways. I think the owner of the company is a good guy unaware of what is truly going on behind the scenes. He has nice cool trucks, nice facilities, and some good people working for him. But there are some bad apples in the bunch and i hope he takes a closer look before they continue to spoil more good fruit that comes through his doors. I'm Giving 3 stars. 1 for the facility. 1 for the equipment and 1 for the good people that i had interactions with. Former Driver of Truck 765.
