I moved to the Greensboro area ~5 years ago and have been looking for a good dermatologist since I moved here. I have been to 3 different offices because none of them felt right for me. If I like the staff I didn t like the doctors and if I liked the doctors I didn t like the staff. With that being said I made this place my primary dermatologist office because I really like the PA, Dena Anderson; however the staff here is truly awful - from the front desk to the nurses. What led me to even write this review is that I left a message on MONDAY requesting a call back to schedule an appt (I understand most offices were closed due to MLK day and did not expect a call back that day) but it is now THURSDAY at 12:30 and still no return call to me or have they tried to contact me in anyway. Very poor professionalism. Dena was the only reason I was even coming back but not anymore.
