See update: The car was less than par but I was talked into leaving a refundable deposit. Why not? I ll get my money back, right??? They were quick to take my $100 deposit that same day, but after I did not choose the car, I am still waiting on a refund. This is the 9th business day. There is no reason it should take that long. Not the best business practice.

Update: on the 9th business day, I called and talked to Lindsey who assured me it would be taken care of by Monday. 9/15: Refund received 9/14. I appreciate the prompt response but it was only after I called to complain. I ve learned my lesson about leaving a deposit.
