Review of novo vernon hotel

* Great Location (next to the bus station and the ...

* Great Location (next to the bus station and the public market) about 2 km from the center and 2 km from the Botanical Garden, for those who go sightseeing is great, as you can do everything walking and return only at night uber be a bit dangerous at night)

* Enriched and very tasty breakfast, it's always the same, but I enjoyed it.

* Comfortable bed (huge), new furniture with plenty of room to put your bags and things, hot shower, large bathroom counter, large mirror in room, airy room, spacious and well lit, nice room colors, nice room.

* Despite some complaint we saw about the noise from the street and the train, we stayed in a room in the back on the 7th floor, it did not bother us, it was low.

* On the first day we asked for extra pillows (in the room there were only two small ones) and they handed us two pillows without pillowcase and claimed that they did not have access to the pillowcases (around 7pm)

* On the second day we spent the day outside and when we voted we saw that there was no daily maid service, our towels remained on the floor and were not changed, we had to ask for towels at the reception, no day was changed or the bedding was changed.

* The bathroom floor is dark granite, no way to tell if it is clean, and the bathroom is kinda tight.

* Room 704, the phone was not working, we complained on the first day, all services needed to go to reception.

* Room 704, the air conditioning was not essential because it was cold but it was not working.

* The hair dryer is very weak, it breaks the branch, but I suggest carrying.

* Although retired is a little old.
