If you want to be motivated to get in shape, lose weight and be fit the RIGHT way... then Bootcamp is for you. The trainers and staff genuinely care about everyone and go non-stop but yet provide modifications if needed. We do it all: strength training, weights, running, core, HIT, ropes... you name it... always something new. My results allowed me to lose 32 lbs to date and counting!!
