I purchased an above ground pool and gas heater from them about 4 years ago and installed it by myself. Last season I had an issue with my pool heater and found out that it could not be fixed and was out of warranty. John and his staff tried relentlessly to fix the issue and after many attempts worked out something with the manufacturer and replaced the heater and installed it at no cost! What a great business, they didn't have to replace the heater but did anyway. I would highly recommend purchasing a pool or supplies from Olympia!
