I would go beyond hate and give this uncaring, thieving, joke of a business no stars if I could. I will make sure that my pets vet knows how I feel about this place. Robbed our family of $2000 for tests that our vet could have done. BUT because my Vet was closed...this is the place they tell you to go for an emergency. They will take advantage of your situation. They will not let you take your pet OR treat it without a large deposit. YES! They will basically hold your pet hostage for money. No kidding! Someone needs to close this place down. I found out after the fact that there is a clinic in East Asheville that is open 7 days a week until 11PM. Of course REACH will crow about being specialists. Three different "specialists" were giving us their opinion what was wrong...One went as far as to say she was positive it was cancer and that I should put my pet to sleep. NO cancer was found. KEEP YOUR PET AWAY FROM THIS LIVING HELL. I don't know where some of these people saw any state of the art equipment. I sure didn't.
